Fast bowler Dilshan Madushanka secured a last-over hat-trick, leading Sri Lanka to a thrilling seven-run victory over Zimbabwe in their first ODI at Harare Sports Club, defending a total of 298 runs. Zimbabwe, despite a strong chase with a partnership of 128 runs for the sixth wicket, fell short at 291 runs, with Madushanka finishing with figures of 4-62.
