Police have released CCTV footage of 19-year-old Tom Dingle, a Lancaster University student who has been missing for eight days since his last sighting in Appley Bridge on December 13. The footage captures him walking along Mill Lane before turning onto Appley Lane. His family, distressed by his disappearance, is urging him to return home, while authorities continue extensive search efforts and seek dashcam footage from the public. Tom, described as intelligent and grieving a recent loss, was last seen wearing a black Carhartt jacket and is 5ft 10in with short black hair.
