The footage captures him walking along Mill Lane before turning onto Appley Lane. His family, distressed by his disappearance, is urging him to return home, while authorities continue extensive search efforts and seek dashcam footage from the public. Tom, described as intelligent and grieving a recent loss, was last seen wearing a black Carhartt jacket and is 5ft 10in with short black hair.
