Lady Villains Secure Conference Wins

The Bishop McGuinness varsity girls’ basketball team achieved significant victories in the Greater Piedmont Triad 1A/2A conference, defeating South Davidson 70-14 and South Stokes 73-20. In the win over South Davidson, senior Claire Sullivan led with 17 points, while all 13 players scored. Against South Stokes, freshman Cecilia Drabik topped the scoring with 14 points, and Jenna Moore added 12. The Lady Villains, now 13-2 and 4-0 in the conference, will host South Stokes next Tuesday.
