L.A. plans curfew in crackdown on looting in fire-ravaged areas

L.A. County Sheriff Robert Luna announced increased security measures in evacuated fire areas, with over 20 looting arrests made. The California National Guard will assist with traffic control and infrastructure protection. A curfew from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. will be implemented in affected areas to maintain safety, requested by the Altadena Town Council and aimed at preventing victimization of residents.
