Shundi Customs, the developer of Auckland’s Seascape, the tallest residential tower in New Zealand, clarified that the structural integrity was confirmed by engineers Mott MacDonald, not builder Icon, addressing previous miscommunication. The $300 million, 56-level project at 83 Customs St East is nearing completion, with updates on other developments in Parnell and Pt Chevalier also included.
