Kohl’s stores have temporarily stopped accepting Amazon returns in a few locations after experiencing a high volume of returns, with reports coming from Missouri, Wisconsin, and Massachusetts. The retailer has been offering this service for several years through a “Return Drop” station inside its stores but is now testing the discontinuation of third-party returns to gather customer feedback and improve the store experience. These changes coincide with Kohl’s plans to close multiple stores nationwide and reduce roles at its Wisconsin-based headquarters.
