The couple, who married in 2005 after a long relationship that began in their early twenties, will be joined by prominent figures from Italian society for the event. The visit includes a rescheduled trip to the Holy See, where Pope’s illness has led to the cancellation of Vatican events, with the remaining activities in Rome expanded over two days to accommodate the changes.
