Football fans clash at Auckland FC match with Western Sydney Wanderers, one person arrested

Two people were arrested and eight fans were evicted following a confrontation between Auckland FC and Western Sydney Wanderers fans at Go Media Mt Smart Stadium. Video footage captured the Western Sydney fans behaving aggressively towards Auckland FC supporters, with security guards attempting to maintain order as cans were thrown between the two groups. Despite several disorder incidents, the police and event security were able to manage public safety without any injuries reported.
