In January 2023, detectives Stephanie Winter and Devin Rigo responded to a death at Intel in Hillsboro, Oregon, where they found 56-year-old Kenneth “Kenny” Fandrich deceased in his car, reported missing by his wife Tanya. Surveillance footage revealed a suspect spray painting security cameras before Fandrich’s death, leading investigators to track a maroon van associated with the crime.
