In collaboration with Movember, Life Fitness, and dentsu Aotearoa, over 100 gyms in New Zealand have introduced ‘MindSets’ – mental health exercises designed to be done between weightlifting sets. Developed with clinical psychologist Jacqui Maguire, the program consists of ten exercises, each taking 1-2 minutes. Available offline and with audio guides, the exercises aim to promote holistic health and change perspectives on mental wellness, with media partners supporting the initiative.
