The Gauteng High Court in Pretoria has determined that social commentator Anele Mda’s tweets linking ANC secretary-general Fikile Mbalula to the murder of businessman Wandile Bozwana are “defamatory and false.” The court has ordered Mda to retract her statements and issue a public apology.
