Judge Beverly Cannone will not oversee Brian Walshe murder trial

Judge Beverly Cannone, who presided over Karen Read’s hung jury trial, has been replaced by Judge Diane Freniere in the upcoming retrial. Brian Walshe, accused of murdering his wife and disposing of her body, will now face a different judge in his high-profile murder case. Walshe, who also faces federal charges, is set to appear for a hearing in December.
