Judge allows teen to return home, attend church while her murder case is pending

Nelly Rodriguez-Diaz, a 19-year-old woman from Oakland, has been released from jail while facing charges of assisting her pimp in the killing of a local motorist. She was equipped with a GPS monitoring device and ordered to stay at home, with permission to attend church twice a week. Judge David Pereda approved Rodriguez-Diaz’s release and church attendance at a recent court hearing.
