In 2024, nine reporters have been killed in Pakistan, adding to the 11 killed between 2022 and 2023. Another 248 survived attacks, with Reporters Without Borders ranking the country as one of the most dangerous for journalists. The latest victims were from Awaz, highlighting the ongoing threats faced by media professionals in the region.
