Svetlana Dali, a Russian national previously convicted of stowing away on a Delta flight to Paris, was apprehended again at Newark Liberty International Airport while attempting to board a United flight to Milan. She reportedly bypassed security during boarding and was discovered mid-flight. If Italian authorities pursue charges, United Airlines will be responsible for her return to the U.S. Dali had also faced legal issues after removing her GPS monitoring device in an attempt to flee to Canada.
