Affinity Partners, founded by Jared Kushner, has withdrawn from Paramount Skydance’s $108.4 billion hostile bid for Warner Bros. Discovery, following Netflix’s $82.7 billion agreement to acquire part of Warner Bros. The firm cited significant changes in investment dynamics since their involvement began in October. Concerns were raised about foreign investment and governance rights, while the Paramount offer, backed by the Ellison family and RedBird Capital, remains valid until January 8, 2026.
