Innocent Woman’s Name Linked to January 6 Pipe Bombs
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

A federal security officer, initially linked to the thwarted Jan. 6 pipe bomb attack, cleared her name with video evidence of her playing with puppies at the time the bombs were placed. The FBI has ruled her out as a suspect after her name circulated online, raising concerns among Trump administration officials about the process leading to this identification. A draft memo from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) implicated her based on a tip and alleged gait analysis. Gabbard, the ODNI director, distanced herself from the memo, which had not been officially approved.
