He followed the victim, attempted to hug her, and sent her 13 messages on Instagram after she rejected his advances. The court noted the victim’s vulnerability and Pramender’s repeated attempts to engage in indecent acts, while he expressed remorse and hoped to return to India due to his mother’s illness.
