A group of Asian retailers, operating under the brands Yoyoso, Miniso, and Acecco, has been placed into liquidation, with debts amounting to millions. The High Court ordered ANCZ Limited, the parent company of 23 entities, into liquidation on December 17, following a creditor’s application from H&D Investments.
