Unlike Silicon Valley, where clear exit strategies drive investment, African start-ups often remain stagnant for years. To foster a thriving tech ecosystem, Africa needs to establish clearer exit frameworks, modernize regulations, and incentivize local investments. This shift will enable African innovation to flourish and create wealth sustainably within the continent.
