Five Palestinian journalists were killed in Gaza City by an Israeli airstrike outside Al-Aqsa Hospital. The Israeli military targeted a group of militants, including members of Islamic Jihad. Over 130 Palestinian reporters have been killed since the war began. Israel has restricted access to foreign journalists and accused Al Jazeera reporters of being militants. The war has resulted in significant casualties on both sides, with over 45,000 Palestinians killed and widespread destruction. The conflict began with a Hamas-led attack on Israeli army bases and farming communities, resulting in numerous casualties and abductions. The offensive has displaced a large portion of Gaza’s population, forcing many into tent camps with inadequate shelter.
