In Washington DC, two Israeli embassy workers, Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Lynn Milgram, were tragically shot dead by a gunman as they left an event at the Capital Jewish Museum. The suspect, who reportedly chanted a pro-Palestinian slogan while in custody, was captured after the shooting took place just over a mile from the White House.
