Four crew members die in American KC-135 aircraft crash in Iraq

At least four U.S. service members were killed when a KC-135 refueling aircraft crashed in western Iraq during operations against Iran. Two crew members remain missing as rescue efforts continue. The incident, which is under investigation, was not caused by hostile or friendly fire. This crash raises the total U.S. fatalities in the conflict with Iran to 11 since February 28, including casualties from an Iranian strike in Kuwait.
