Iran executes Jewish Iranian man in murder case: NGO

Iran executed Arvin Ghahremani, a member of the Jewish minority, for murder amid tensions with Israel, according to Iran Human Rights. Ghahremani was hanged in Kermanshah after being found guilty, with his family claiming self-defense. Iran has seen a surge in executions this year, with at least 654 people hanged, including 166 in October.
