WA Police are investigating a possible explosive device thrown into the Invasion Day rally by a 31-year-old Warwick man, who has been arrested. The device, consisting of ball bearings and screws around a glass container with an unknown liquid, did not detonate, and there were no injuries reported. Over 2000 demonstrators were evacuated, and authorities are currently identifying the liquid while searching the suspect’s home. No charges have been laid yet, and the motive remains unclear.
