Abhay Singh, known as ‘IITian Baba’ who gained fame at Maha Kumbh 2025, was expelled from Juna Akhara for allegedly using abusive language towards his Guru. He was banned from the Akhara camp after going missing, with members citing a lack of respect for the Guru-Shishya tradition. Singh, an aerospace engineer turned saint, faced expulsion for violating Akhara’s discipline, despite his viral presence and academic background as an IIT graduate.
