Infrastructure works among budgetary announcements being implemented in Rajasthan

Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma is overseeing the implementation of infrastructure development projects and industrial sector tasks outlined in the 2025-26 State Budget ahead of the upcoming budget session. Emphasizing accountability and transparency, Sharma identified key areas such as water supply, power, stone cluster upgrades, and polluted water treatment plants for timely completion. He instructed departments to submit progress reports regularly and expedite the Brahmani river dam project to ensure water availability in southern and western Rajasthan, while also preparing a summer contingency plan for improved drinking water management.
