Megan Smith, a 24-year-old influencer, has sparked outrage among residents in Kings Lynn, Norfolk, after constructing a £30,000 Pilates studio named Luco Wellness in her grandparents’ garden without planning permission. Locals have raised concerns about noise, traffic, and potential disruptions to community events, especially after Megan advertised the space for hen parties. Despite the backlash and numerous complaints, Megan defends her business, asserting that it primarily serves local clients who appreciate the facility. The council will decide on her retrospective planning application on January 12.
