Indonesian regulator hunts ex-Investree CEO over alleged fund misuse

The Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) has placed former Investree Radhika Jaya CEO Adrian Asharyanto Gunadi on its wanted list for alleged financial misconduct, including illegally raising funds without permits and causing losses for users. Gunadi has reportedly fled abroad to avoid legal action, following the revocation of Investree’s business license due to regulatory non-compliance. The OJK is investigating Gunadi’s financial irregularities, blocking his bank accounts, and pursuing legal action, while overseeing Investree’s liquidation process and repayment obligations for borrowers.
