Indiana man pardoned for participation in Jan. 6 riot shot, killed while allegedly resisting arrest

An Indiana man, pardoned by President Trump for involvement in the Capitol riot, was fatally shot while resisting arrest during a traffic stop. The officer involved is on leave pending investigation, and the man had a firearm at the time. The man had recently been sentenced to federal prison and supervised release, and the investigation is ongoing.
