India and the United States have established a framework agreement to enhance collaboration on critical minerals and rare earths, focusing on their mining and processing. The agreement was finalized during a meeting between Indian External Affairs Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio in New Delhi.
