Illinois to face No. 1 Oregon in massive clash – NBC Chicago

Illinois became bowl-eligible after defeating Michigan 21-7 and will face No. 1-ranked Oregon in Eugene, marking their toughest challenge yet this season. The Illini, ranked No. 20, have secured wins over three ranked teams this season and are one of only two teams in the country with three victories over ranked opponents. This will be Illinois’ first matchup against a top-ranked team since 2007 and only the fourth meeting with Oregon, with the game set for Saturday at 2:30 p.m. CT on CBS.
