Illinois QB Commit Kamden Lopati Receives More Offers

Illinois secured a commitment from four-star quarterback Kamden Lopati from West Valley City, Utah, back in July 2023, and he remains committed as of February 2024, despite interest from other programs like Michigan State and Notre Dame. Lopati appreciates the coaching staff at Illinois, particularly head coach Bret Bielema, and feels valued within the program. His ranking includes being the No. 143 overall prospect and No. 12 quarterback in the 2027 cycle, as well as the No. 3 player in Utah. Notre Dame has recently renewed contact, indicating they are a team to watch in his recruitment.
