Naif Ghawanmeh, a resident of Ras Ein al-Auja in the occupied West Bank, describes the village’s devastation caused by Israeli settlers, who have stolen sheep, poisoned water, and forced families out of their homes. The settlers have taken over vast amounts of land through shepherding outposts, using violence and intimidation to control Palestinian communities. Despite international law prohibiting such actions, the Israeli government has allowed the expansion of illegal settlements and outposts, leading to the displacement of hundreds of Bedouin families and the destruction of their livelihoods.
