Venezuela: American detainees released, says State Department

President Donald Trump is urging Cuba to negotiate with the U.S. “before it is too late,” following a recent U.S. raid in Venezuela. He declared on social media that there would be “ZERO” oil or money going to Cuba and threatened action similar to that taken against Venezuela. Trump also claimed most Cuban operatives in Venezuela are dead from a recent U.S. attack. Additionally, he has softened threats against Colombia after a constructive dialogue with its president.
