Lyons on ICE Operations and Safety Concerns

Todd Lyons, acting director of ICE, stated in an interview that while he does not support agents wearing masks during arrests, he permits it for officer safety amid rising attacks, which have increased over 800% this year. He also confirmed that ICE will utilize data from Medicaid and other federal programs to track undocumented immigrants, especially those with criminal records, as part of their enforcement strategy.
