Ice Cream Recall by Wells Enterprises
Wells Enterprises, the producer of Blue Bunny and Halo Top ice creams, has voluntarily recalled nearly 18,000 containers of ice cream and frozen yogurt due to potential plastic contamination. The recall, issued on April 25, affects 22 flavors in 3-gallon tubs distributed to over 100 locations across the U.S., with “use by” dates from March to October 2026. Classified as a Class II recall by the FDA, the products may cause temporary health issues, and a complete list of affected items can be found in the FDA report.
