Artist sews names of Gaza’s infant victims on christening gown

Diana Williams, a Welsh artist, has created an embroidered gown featuring the names of 300 babies killed in Israel’s ongoing conflict in Gaza, which has claimed over 20,000 children’s lives since October 2023. The gown, titled “Know Their Names,” aims to evoke profound loss and highlight the tragedy faced by families in Gaza. It will be exhibited in Paris and displayed on a billboard in New York later this year, sparking discussions on the humanitarian crisis.
