A front-end developer with 10 years of experience shared her unusual job interview experience on Reddit, where she was asked to draw the Indian flag using CSS by an interviewer from a small company near her home. Despite finding the request “absurd,” she complied but ultimately decided to leave the interview after being asked to add intricate details. Questioning the relevance of such questions for front-end developers, she called for interviewers to improve their approach to better assess candidates’ skills and experience.
