HUDCO to lend ₹11,000 crore for the development of Amaravati: Narayana 

HUDCO has agreed to provide a loan of ₹11,000 crore for the development of Amaravati, along with funding from the World Bank and Asian Development Bank totaling ₹15,000 crore. This brings the total amount available to the State government for constructing the capital city to ₹26,000 crore. The confidence in the NDA government in the State has attracted support from banks and multilateral funding agencies, allowing the construction of essential infrastructure in Amaravati, estimated to cost ₹50,000 crore.
