The United States changed its vote from a “yes” to a “no,” impacting other countries in the Asia-Pacific region, with some shifting their support away from Ukraine. Despite some changes in voting patterns, the majority of U.S. allies in the region continued to back the resolution condemning Russia’s aggression.
