A British appeals court has ruled that Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust unlawfully withdrew life-sustaining dialysis from 68-year-old Robert Barnor without court approval during a family dispute. Barnor passed away on February 27, after being hospitalized following multiple strokes. His family is calling for accountability and reform in end-of-life care practices.
