Hit-and-run crash on the edge of L.A.’s Chinatown kills 1, injures 6

An 18-year-old man was killed and six others injured in a hit-and-run crash outside a Starbucks in L.A.’s Chinatown neighborhood. The collision occurred at Broadway and Cesar Chavez Avenue, involving two vehicles, resulting in the death of Isaac Arellanes Jr. The driver of the first vehicle fled the scene, leaving two individuals in critical condition and four with non-life-threatening injuries.
