High-ranking Durham cop caught speeding twice in two days regrets his actions

A high-ranking Durham cop was caught speeding twice in two days, but was never ticketed. Deputy Chief Chris Kirkpatrick was docked 94 days of pay after a misconduct investigation. Kirkpatrick admitted to speeding without lawful excuse and reported his actions to the Chief of Police and Durham Regional Police Service Board.
