Garda Adrian Ivers, stationed in Cootehill, Co Cavan, was suspended in February 2020, and is entitled to a court order quashing the decision for a second inquiry. The judge highlighted that the initial board found insufficient evidence to prove the alleged breach, leading to a dismissal of the allegations as unproven.
