Higgo wins in the Dominican Republic after Dahmen fades

Garrick Higgo won the Corales Puntacana Championship, capitalizing on Joel Dahmen’s late struggles, marking his second PGA Tour victory. Higgo, who shot an even-par 72 to finish at 14-under 274, took the lead when Dahmen missed a critical putt, resulting in a 76 for Dahmen after leading the first three rounds. Tied for second with Dahmen were Keith Mitchell, Michael Thorbjornsen, Jeremy Paul, and Alejandro Tosti, while veteran Aaron Baddeley finished tied for 26th after a disappointing final round.
