Girls to the Front: Punk Pioneers Are Coming to Lincoln Center

ESG, formed by sisters Renee, Valerie, Deborah, and Marie Scroggins along with a friend Tito Libran, will perform at Lincoln Center for the first time, blending punk, funk, hip-hop, and Latin grooves in their music. Despite facing challenges like lack of royalties and misconceptions about their music, ESG stayed true to their independent path and unique sound, with a focus on making people dance.
