Gaza’s Artistic Representation at the Venice Biennale Through Textiles

The Gaza Genocide Tapestry, co-curated by Palestinian women, aims to document the destruction in Gaza through 100 embroidered panels, each containing 55,000 stitches. This initiative, part of the larger Palestine History Tapestry Project, combines art and testimony to preserve the narratives of those affected by the ongoing violence. The tapestry is housed at the Palestine Museum US and has gained momentum following the recent military assault on Gaza.
