Gary man charged with dealing drugs that killed Hammond councilman’s son

Gary man Anthony Dewayne Polk, 33, faces charges for selling drugs that led to the death of Hammond councilman’s son, James Woerpel. Polk is charged with dealing in a controlled substance resulting in death and dealing in cocaine.
